至尊赤江仁波切撰写的长寿祈愿文
这篇祈愿文由至尊赤江卓图仁波切亲自撰写。生于1981年10月15日的赤江卓图仁波切是赤江多杰江仁波切的转世。
赤江多杰江是帕绷喀仁波切的弟子，也是第14世达赖喇嘛的导师几精神导师。此外，他也是许多格鲁派大师，包括宋仁波切（詹杜固仁波切的根本上师）的根本上师。
赤江多杰江的转世—赤江卓图仁波切在北印度的一个西藏家庭出世，他在1985年4月23日，即4岁时被至尊达赖喇嘛认证为转世灵童；并在其根本上师拉谛仁波切几多位高僧大德的座下完成佛教教育。
赤江卓图仁波切是位于美国佛蒙特赤江佛教学院的创始人兼精神导师。

All Jinas’ three secrets in the glorious youth of an autumn moon,
With shining garlands of white light of immortality,
Supreme Deity of long life, Arya Tare Ma,
Please protect us now with hundreds of blessings of all wished virtue and goodness!
Bodhicitta, oceanic, that of ten million Holders Of The Teachings,
Armor of patience difficult to fathom in its depth and breadth,
Supreme Spiritual Guide with a treasury of jewel qualities,
May you live long nurturing an ocean of trainees.
Blazing with the sun of the Jinas’ Teachings,
Benevolent Lord dispelling the darkness for beings,
For the glorious blooming of trainees such as myself,
May your smiling face, marks and signs ever shine with light!
Protector Manjushri’s Teachings, like finest silk of ancient India,
Light and soft, like those Teachings mutually supportive view and conduct,
And all rolled up, with provisional and definitive Teachings not contradictory,
Master Teacher, Great Spiritual Guide, may you live long!
We disciples, possessed by the demon of ignorance,
Have been disrespectful and, always seeing ordinary appearances,
We lose faith, misunderstand, and do not accomplish your instructions:
From our hearts we truly beg your forgiveness! May we delight you!
In brief, may we, the disciples and patrons,
Delight you, O Guru, our Supreme Guide,
May our minds be ripened by rain of holy Dharma nectar
And may we attain the non-obscured nature of Dharmakaya.

尊贵的堪殊干竹仁波切撰写的长寿祈愿文
这篇祈愿文由博学的佛教大师尊贵的堪殊干竹仁波切所撰写，大师是甘丹萨济寺前住持，以教导及研究佛经文闻名。大师1934年生于西藏马卡姆。
13岁那年，大师就受戒成为僧人。17岁时赴拉萨的甘丹萨济寺研究佛净至1959年，之后就迁往印度。1980年，堪殊仁波切在进入藏傳佛教上密院（Gyuto Tantric College）完成研究佛经工作后，获颁拉然巴格西（Geshe Lharampa）学位。1989年，他被委任为甘丹萨济寺的官方佛法讲师。
1996年，堪殊仁波切被指定为甘丹萨济寺的住持至2001年为止。
堪殊仁波切精通佛经义理与密续仪轨，对佛法奉献一生。他更是其中一位在60年代，把古老的佛法从西藏带往印度的高僧。 作为一位前住持，他更负责在南印度建造甘丹萨济寺。
时至今日，堪殊仁波切还是持续地教导佛法，栽培一代又一代的修行人和具格佛法导师。宋卓图仁波切正是他座下的一位弟子之一。

O Buddha Amitayus, Ushnisha Vijaya, Arya Tara,
And all Yidam Deities who grant longevity,
We beg of you: Please grant us blessings:
May the lives of the great holy beings be stable,
May their enlightening activities flourish widely,
May the Protector of Degenerate Age Beings who is endowed with infinite qualities,
Exquisitely adorned with the six perfections and four means of gathering disciples,
And overflowing with perfection of patience in particular,
Tsem Tulku Rinpoche, Tenzin ZÖpa YÖnten Gyatso,
Peerless Protector of Living Beings and The Teachings, may You live long!
For practitioners of the East, wherever there is darkness of ignorance,
You induce bright clear faith in fortunate ones with your wondrous Form.
You reveal the path to living beings with your profound clear Speech
And your great Love and Compassion enfolds all Beings equally,
Great Captain Of Beings, may you live long!
Your stainless Body of white lotus,
Your melodious Speech of divine harps,
Your Mind, knowing Dharma and Beings’ interests and propensities,
May you remain stably with us, indestructible, for a hundred eons!
In summary, Kind Lord, Blazing Lamp Of Dharma,
Great Ocean Of Sutra And Tantra,
May your life be fully stable in nature of the Vajra!
May your activities nourish and heal all Beings!
By blessings of the Three Jewels and Oceans of Jinas,
The power of Truth of ultimate Dharmata-Reality
And our sincere determination to benefit all Beings
May this prayer be completely and easily fulfilled!
May the Venerable Guru’s life be stable,
May positive actions spread throughout space,
